I’m writing my email but I can’t log in anyway

Make sure you are using your primary email to log in. Secondary emails added in your profile (to forwarding reservations) can't be used to log in.

The app says my account hasn’t been activated yet

After you create your account, we need to verify your identity. You should have received an email with a link. Check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox.

I’m trying to create an account but the email has already been taken

First, make sure you don't have an account already. If you are using your work email, and your company is served by the travel agency FCM, you probably already have an account.

Use the same credentials you use to log in to your agency web portal.
