Make sure you are using your primary email to log in. Secondary emails added in your profile (to forwarding reservations) can't be used to log in.
Sam says my account hasn’t been activated yet
After you create your account, we need to verify your identity. You should have received an email with a link. Check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox.
I’m trying to create an account but the email has already been taken
First, make sure you don't have a Sam account already. If you are using your work email, and your company is served by one of the following travel agencies: FCM, Corporate Traveller, or Campus Travel, you probably already have an account.

Use the same credentials you use to log in to your agency web portal.
